Tivoli A/S — Earnings Release 2015

Stock exchange announcement no. 2 – Upward adjustment of expected earnings for
the year 2015

Tivoli is increasing its expected earnings before tax for the year 2015. Until
now, the company has reported the expected earnings before tax to be between
DKK 50 to 60 million. This expectation was in line with 2014, where the
earnings before tax were DKK 56 millions. The expected earnings before tax is
now increased to between DKK 60 and 65 million.

Tivoli will publish its annual report for 2015 on 16 March 2016 and opens up
for the summer season on 6 April 2016.
