Tivoli A/S - Stock Exchange Announcements no. 18 - 2007/08

CFO and member of the Board of Directors Lene Hall is resigning from her position as of January 1 2008.

The resignation is a mutual agreement between Tivoli and Lene Hall.

The Executive Board has appointed Niels Leth Espensen as interim CFO. Niels Leth Espensen was Tivoli's CFO from 1997 – 2000. Since then he has been CFO of Det Berlingske Officin and Jensens Bøfhus.

The Board of Directors will consist solely of CEO Lars Liebst from January 1 2008.
