TNG LIMITED - REORGANISATION OF CAPITAL

Participating Organisations are advised that the return of capital in TNG Limited (the "Company") will become effective on Thursday, 6 September 2007.

The retum of capital is by way of an in specie distribution of shares in Western Desert Resources Limited ("Westem Desert").

Shareholders will receive 1 Western Desert fully paid ordinary share for every 19.66 ordinary fully paid shares held in the Company.

Fractions will be rounded down.

The following timetable will apply.
