DISTRIBUTION OF WESTERN DESERT RESOURCES LIMITED SECURITIES

19 September 2007

TNG LTD (ASX: “TNG”) today confirms the distribution of the Western Desert Resources Ltd (“WDR”) securities as approved by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on 4 September 2007.

The securities were distributed as a return of capital and will be distributed on the basis of 1 WDR share for every 18.22 TNG shares held on the Record date of 13 September 2007. At the close of business of 13 September 2007 the price of 1 WDR share was $0.20 equating to a return of capital to shareholders of TNG of almost $2.0 million. This represents a return of 1.1 cents per TNG share held on the Record date.
