DARWIN TIVAN® PROCESSING FACILITY:

EIS SUPPLEMENT UPDATE

Australian resource and mineral processing technology company TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) (“TNG” or the “Company”) advises that it has just received from the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (“NT EPA”) a “ Direction to Provide Additional Information” (“Direction”) on the Supplement to the Draft Environment Impact Statement (“EIS Supplement”) for the Company’s TIVAN® Processing Facility (“DPF”).

The Direction, which is the next step in the approvals process, was received as a result of the NT EPA’s examination of the EIS Supplement submitted by TNG in January 2021 and following the public review period, which ended on 19 April 2021. The Direction details comments from the NT Government agencies and stakeholders, and includes instructions on the Company’s required response.

TNG’s senior management team together with its environmental consultants, Animal Plant Mineral, are now reviewing the Direction as well as assessing the timeframe to undertake any works required.

TNG will provide further updates in due course and looks forward to working with the Chief Minister’s Office for delivery of the project.
