Tivan Limited (ASX: TVN) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Tivan Limited (‘TVN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TVN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 14 March 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Tivan Limited (ASX: TVN) – Request for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Tivan Limited ( Company ) requests an immediate trading halt in the Company’s securities (ASX code: TVN).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

• the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising;

• the Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the above and the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 14 March 2024; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
