Tivan Limited (ASX: TVN) – Request for voluntary suspension

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Tivan Limited ( Company ) requests that a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities (ASX codes TVN and TVNO) listed on the Australian Securities Exchange be granted from the commencement of trading on Thursday, 14 March 2024.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:

• the voluntary suspension is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding the capital raising as set out in the trading halt request dated Tuesday, 12 March 2024 and to prevent trading in the Company’s securities on an uninformed basis;

• the Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the outcome of the capital raising and the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 18 March 2024, when the Company currently expects to make the announcement; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
