ENTITLEMENT ISSUE OFFER PERIOD EXTENDED

Australian resource and mineral processing technology company TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) (“TNG” or the “Company”) advises that it has resolved to extend the Closing Date for the acceptance of applications under the Company’s nonrenounceable pro rata entitlement issue (“Entitlement Issue”) to 5:00pm (AEDT) on 11 November 2020.

The Company has become aware of some delays in mail being delivered for some shareholders for the Entitlement Issue Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Form, owing to the impact of COVID-19, and as such has extended the Closing Date by one week to provide additional time for eligible shareholders to participate in the Offer.

The revised timetable for the Offer is as follows:

Last day to extend the Closing Date	6 November 2020
Closing Date as at 5:00pm (AEDT)	11 November 2020
Securities quoted on a deferred settlement basis	12 November 2020
ASX notified of under subscriptions	16 November 2020
Issue date and lodgement of Appendix 2A with ASX applying for quotation of the Securities	18 November 2020
Expected quotation of Securities issued under the Offer	19 November 2020
