TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of TNG Limited (‘TNG’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TNG, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 11 June 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

TNG Limited (ASX:TNG) (the “Company”) hereby requests a trading halt of its securities from the ASX pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and provides the following information in support:

1. The reason for the trading halt is that the Company intends to make an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt continues until the earlier of the release to the market of the announcement referred to above, or the commencement of trading on Tuesday 11 June 2019.

4. The event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 above.

5. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
