CHANGE IN OPTION EXERCISE PRICES
TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) (“TNG” or the “Company”) completed the issue of 53,550,797 fully paid ordinary shares, as detailed in the Appendix 3B lodged earlier today, pursuant to its fully underwritten non-renounceable rights issue (“Rights Issue”).
Following completion of the Rights Issue, the Company hereby advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rue 3.11.2 of an adjustment to the exercise prices of its unquoted options consistent with the terms of the options:
