The placement to institutional and sophisticated investors will been made pursuant to the Company’s ASX Listing Rules 15% placement capacity.
Settlement of the placement is expected to occur on 14 May 2013.
Proceeds of the placement will be directed to ongoing exploration activities at its Mount Hardy copper project.
