SPP CLOSING DATE EXTENDED TO FRIDAY 9 AUGUST 2013

TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) advises that the closing date for its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) has been extended from 2 August 2013 to Friday 9 August 2013, to provide additional time for eligible shareholders to participate.

The revised timetable for the remainder of the offer period is set out below:

5pm WST, Friday, 9 August 2013	Closing Date Application Forms together with payment by cheque or money order must be received by this time and date. NOTE:BPAY payments must be received by 4pm WST, Friday, 9 August 2013 (which is when the BPAY system closes on the Closing Date).
Friday, 16 August 2013	Allotment Date The date on which the New Shares and Options are expected to be allotted and any scale back of the New Shares and Options is announced.
Monday, 19 August 2013	Trading Date The date on which the New Shares and Options are expected to begin trading.
Monday, 19 August 2013	Despatch Date Transaction confirmations / holding statements will be sent to shareholders on or around this date.

TNG's shares remain in trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to the outcome of the Davis Samuel court action. An announcement regarding that matter is expected to be released prior to commencement of trading on Monday 5 August 2013.
