TNG is pleased to announce the closure of the Offer made pursuant to the prospectus lodged with ASIC on 26 august 2008.

A total of 17,200,934 Shares raising $1,032,056 have been allotted today with holding statements expected to be despatched by 5 September 2008.

Funds raised by the recently completed rights issue and this placement total $3,922,306 (before costs).
