The Company advises that the following timetable has been set in accordance with ASX Listing Rules:

| Monday | 30 June 2003 | Trading of Hallmark shares on ex-basis commences |
| Friday | 4 July 2003 | Record Date |
| Monday | 7 July 2003 | Distribution date |
Subsequent to the distribution of the Batavia Mining shares, shareholders will be offered the right to participate in a one-for-three rights issue of shares, with an attached free option at an issue price of 10 cents. It is anticipated that the Prospectus for this issue will be lodged with ASX within the next 21 days.
