RECEIPT OF SECTION 203D NOTICE

TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) (“ TNG ” or the “ Company ”) advises that it has received a notice under section 203D(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“ Corporations Act ”) from shareholders who together hold at least 5% of the votes that may be cast at a general meeting, giving notice to the Company of their intention to move resolutions at a general meeting to remove the Chairman and the Managing Director as directors of the Company, and to also remove any additional directors appointed from 18 July 2022.

The Company has also been given notice that those shareholders intend to give the Company a request to call and arrange to hold a general meeting of shareholders convened pursuant to section 249D of the Corporations Act to consider the resolutions referred to above, and to consider the appointment of two new directors.

The Company will consider the notices and will comply with its obligations under the Corporations Act.

The Company will keep shareholders updated in accordance with all legal requirements.
