TNG BOARD CHANGES

Further to its announcement of 16 September 2022 regarding strategic board changes, TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) (“TNG” or the “Company”) advises that Non-Executive Directors Mr John Elkington and Ms Elizabeth Henson have resigned from the Board, effective immediately.

As detailed in that announcement, the TNG Board recognises and appreciates the contribution to the Company made by both Directors.

In terms of the resolutions being considered at the General Meeting later today, Resolution 4 is no longer relevant and will be withdrawn. Resolution 5 will now only apply to the recently appointed Non-Executive Chairman, Mr Neil Biddle.
