ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement made on 7 October 2022, TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) (“TNG” or the “Company”) provides the following update in relation to the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), to be held on Monday 28[th] November 2022. The Company is in the process of finalising its notice of AGM and will send it to shareholders and release it to ASX shortly.
The Company advises that it has received a nomination from Mr Grant Francis Wilson seeking election as a Director at the AGM.
The Company has also been advised that Non-Executive Chairman Mr Neil Biddle and Non-Executive Director Mr Rowan Johnston, will not be standing for election at the AGM. This will result in these Directors ceasing to hold office at the conclusion of the AGM.
