COMPANY SECRETARY AND SENIOR EXECUTIVE UPDATE

Australian resource and mineral processing technology company TNG Limited (ASX: TNG ) (“TNG” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Ms Paula Raffo has been appointed as sole Company Secretary, effective 16 March 2021.

Ms Raffo was previously joint Company Secretary with Mr Jason Giltay, who due to an increase in Corporate activities will focus on an expanded role as the Company’s General Manager Commercial & Corporate Development.

This change coincides with the Company’s expected completion of pre-development and permitting work streams and project financing for its flagship Mount Peake Vanadium-Titanium-Iron Project. Mr Giltay will continue to work closely across these key areas with TNG’s Managing Director & CEO, Mr Paul Burton, the Project development team and newly-appointed Chief Financial Officer, Mr Jonathan Fisher.

Ms Raffo is a Chartered Secretary with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the corporate governance and investor relations fields, having worked in these areas for the past 15 years. She is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.

Ms Raffo will continue in her role as the Company’s Investor and Public Relations Executive.
