APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Australian resource and mineral processing technology company TNG Limited (ASX: TNG ) (“TNG” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Ms Paula Raffo has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, effective 1 September 2020.

Ms Raffo joined TNG in April last year as Investor and Public Relations Executive and has been a strong addition to both the Corporate and Project Development teams. She will share the Company Secretary duties with Mr Jason Giltay, TNG’s General Manager Commercial & Company Secretary.

The appointment will allow Mr Giltay to focus on the Company’s expanding commercial activities as part of the senior executive team as it advances its flagship Mount Peake Vanadium-Titanium-Iron Project through project financing and towards a Final Investment Decision.

Ms Raffo is a Chartered Secretary with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the corporate governance and investor relations fields, having worked in these areas for the past 15 years. She is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.

She has previous Board experience having worked with the Directors and senior management of both ASX and B3 (Sao Paulo Stock Exchange) companies in industries including metals & mining and insurance.

Ms Raffo will continue in her role as the Company’s Investor and Public Relations Executive.
