Non-Executive Director to Retire at AGM

TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) advises that, due to his increasing business commitments, non-executive Director Mr Zhigang Wang has indicated that he will not be seeking re-election at the Company’s Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on Monday, 30 November 2015 at 2.00pm.

Mr Wang has been a non-executive Director since 18 January 2012 following an investment in TNG by Aosu Investment and Development Co. Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Suzhou Wanlong Electric Group Co., Ltd.

Suzhou Wanlong Electric Group Co. Ltd has recently become a listed company in China, resulting in a significant increase in Mr Wang having to devote a significant amount of his time to the operations of the Wanlong group of companies. Mr Wang remains highly encouraged by TNG’s progress since Aosu’s investment in 2012.

The Board of TNG would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Wang for his service and input, and wishes both him and Suzhou Wanlong Electric Group Co. Ltd well.
