Resignation of Director
TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) advises Mr Michael Evans has resigned as a Director, effective immediately.
Mr Michael Evans has been a Director since 31 May 2013 and Acting Chairman of the Company since 27 February 2014.
The Board of TNG would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Evans for the contribution made to the company during his time as a Director.
The company will consider the composition of its board in early 2016, including the appointment of a new Chairman.
