Board Update

8 April 2009

The Board wishes to advise Mr Neil Biddle will step down as Managing Director of TNG Limited effective 30 April 2009. Mr Biddle will remain a Director of the Company.

Mr Paul Burton, Exploration Director, will assume responsibility for the day to day operations of the Company, effective 30 April 2009.
