APPOINTMENT OF CEO

3 September 2009

Diversified Australian minerals company TNG Limited (ASX: TNG ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul Burton as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 September 2009.

Mr Paul Burton was originally appointed as Exploration Manager of TNG in 2007 and, since then, has contributed significantly to the management and development of the Company’s exploration portfolio. He was appointed to the Board in late 2008, and has been managing all exploration and day-to-day affairs of the Company since April 2009.

Mr Burton is a highly experienced Exploration Geologist and Geochemist with over 20 years experience in exploration, mining and business development. He graduated from the University of Plymouth with a BSc (Hons) Geology and from McGill University in Canada with an MSc Mineral Exploration.

Before joining TNG, he held senior management roles with exploration companies throughout Australia and overseas, gaining significant experience in running programs for a variety of commodities. He is a Member of the AusIMM, a Fellow of the Association of Applied Geochemists, and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Burton’s remuneration package will be $220,000 plus 9% superannuation and the issue of 8,000,000 options with an exercise price of $0.10 and expiry date 31 August 2012 subject to shareholder approval.
