Change in Company Secretary

The Directors of TNG Limited advise that Mr Damian Delaney has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Delaney’s position of Chief Financial Officer has been made redundant, effective Friday 30[th] May 2008.

The Company is seeking a new Company Secretary and in the interim Mr John W Barr has been appointed as company secretary.
