Tivan Webcast of Annual General Meeting
The Board of Tivan Limited (ASX: TVN) (“Tivan” or the “Company”) is holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 20 November 2025 at 4:30pm (AEDT) at The Butler Lane, 2-6 Shelley St, Richmond Victoria 3121. Shareholders who are not able to attend the meeting will be able to watch a live webcast of the meeting, via the following link: https://vimeo.com/event/5525305.
Please note that the webcast will allow you to watch the meeting in real time, it does not facilitate participation in, or voting at, the Annual General Meeting. Questions for the Board may be forwarded to [email protected].
The Company encourages shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting in person or via webcast.
