DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, TNG Limited (ASX:TNG) ("TNG" or the “Company”) announces that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on Monday, 30 November 2020.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. In accordance with Article 6.2(f) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Friday, 25 September 2020.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Friday, 25 September 2020.
