Annual General Meeting Option Exercise Price
TNG Ltd is holding its 2016 Annual General Meeting at 2.30 pm today.
At the meeting, Shareholders are considering the approval of options with the exercise price being 1.7 times the five day volume weighted average price (VWAP) of the Company’s Shares up to and including the date of the Annual General Meeting.
The Company advises that based on the previous 5 days VWAP for the Company’s Shares the exercise price of the options would be $0.27. This exercise price is indicative only and will depend on the final calculated exercise price.
