Revised preliminary results announcement date

Titon Holdings Plc ("Titon", the "Group" or the "Company"), a leading international manufacturer and supplier of ventilation systems, and window and door hardware, announces that it will release its preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2021 on 21 December 2021, a short delay to the previously planned reporting date of 16 December 2021.

The revised announcement date is at the request of the Group's auditor, BDO LLP, to allow it some additional time to complete its formal internal review procedures and to complete the necessary audit work and documentation in South Korea relating to Titon Korea and Browntech Sales Co. Ltd.

The Board confirms, further to the announcement of 10 November 2021 that the preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2021 are anticipated to be in line with its expectations.
