2020 Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of AGM

The Board of Titon announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year to 30 September 2020, together with the formal notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting, has been posted to all shareholders.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on 10 March 2021, commencing at 11:00 am at Titon's Head Office at 894 The Crescent, Colchester Business Park, Colchester, Essex CO4 9YQ. Given the COVID-19 pandemic and existing government restrictions shareholders are urged not to attend the meeting in person and to vote either via a proxy form or electronically via Link Group.
