2019 Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of AGM

The Board of Titon announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year to 30 September 2019, together with the formal notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting, will be posted to all shareholders on or around 23 January 2020.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on 18 February 2020, commencing at 11:00 am at Titon's Head Office at 894 The Crescent, Colchester Business Park, Colchester, Essex CO4 9YQ.
