The Board of Titon announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year to 30 September 2018, together with the formal notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting, will be posted to all shareholders on or about 28 January 2019.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on 20 February 2019 commencing at 11:00 am at Titon's Head Office at 894 The Crescent, Colchester Business Park, Colchester, Essex CO4 9YQ.
