2015 Annual Report and Financial Statements

The Board of Titon announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year to 30th September 2015, together with the formal notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting, will be posted to all shareholders on or about 22nd January 2016.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on 17th February 2016 commencing at 11:00 am at Titon's Head Office at International House, Peartree Road, Stanway, Colchester, Essex CO3 0JL.
