2014 Annual Report and Financial Statements

The Board of Titon announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year to 30th September 2014, together with the formal notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting, will be posted to all shareholders on or about 23rd January 2015.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on 18th February 2015 commencing at 11:00 am at Titon's Head Office at International House, Peartree Road, Stanway, Colchester, Essex CO3 0JL.
