2013 Annual Report and Financial Statements

The Board of Titon announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year to 30th September 2013, together with the formal notice of the 2014 Annual General Meeting, will be posted to all shareholders on or about 24th January 2014.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held on 19th February 2014 commencing at 11:00 am at Titon's Head Office at International House, Peartree Road, Stanway, Colchester, Essex CO3 0JL.
