2012 Annual Report and Financial Statements

The Board of Titon announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year to 30th September 2012, together with the formal notice of the 2013 Annual General Meeting, will be posted to all shareholders week commencing 14th January 2013.

The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held at the Titon Factory and Showroom premises at Falconer Road, Haverhill, Suffolk, CB9 7XU on 19th February 2012 at 11:00am.
