Dividend Timetable

Titon Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a leading international manufacturer and supplier of ventilation systems, confirms that the proposed final dividend of 3.0 pence per ordinary share which was set out in the Group's preliminary results statement released earlier today, and which is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 18 February 2020, will be paid on 21 February 2020 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 17 January 2020. The ex-dividend date is 16 January 2020.
