Titon Holdings plc (the "Company"), announces that it was informed on 28th June 2019 that Mr K Ritchie, Chairman of the Company, on 21 st June 2019 acquired through the Company's dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") 1,172 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this acquisition, the total beneficial interest of Mr K Ritchie and persons closely associated with him is 981,381 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
