Titon Holdings plc (the "Company"), announces that it was yesterday informed that Mr K Ritchie, Chairman of the Company, on 26th February 2019 acquired through the Company's dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") 1,997 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this acquisition, the total beneficial interest of Mr K Ritchie and persons closely associated with him is 980,209 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.84 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
