Titon Holdings plc (the "Company"), announces that it was yesterday informed that Mr J Anderson, Non-executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, on Friday 14th December 2018, transferred 643,900 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his spouse, Mrs P Anderson, for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest of Mr J Anderson and persons closely associated with him remains unchanged at 1,737,802 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
