Total number of Ordinary Shares in issue*:                          10,908,750

Total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury:                     50,000     

Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue:   10,858,750

* These figures include 50,000 shares currently held by the Company in Treasury, which are excluded from the Company's EPS calculation.

The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights of 10,858,750 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
