Non-Executive Board Change

Titon Holdings Plc ("Titon", the "Group," or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and supplier of ventilation systems and window and door hardware, announces that Nick Howlett, Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the Board effective from today.

Nick has been with the Group for 33 years having joined the Manufacturing Division as a manager in 1991. Before becoming a Non-Executive Director, Nick held several roles within Titon including Managing Director of the Ventilation Division. The Board would like to extend its sincere thanks to Nick for his valuable contributions and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

The Board is not planning on replacing Nick as a Non-Executive Director.
