Board changes

Titon Holdings Plc ("Titon" or the "Group"), a leading international manufacturer and supplier of ventilation systems, and window and door hardware, announces that Bernd Ratzke and Kevin Sargeant, non-executive directors, have given notice of their intention to step down from the board of Titon. Bernd and Kevin will step down with effect from 8 December 2021, on conclusion of their notice period. 

The Group have commenced a process to appoint two independent non-executive directors and further updates will be made in due course. 

Keith Ritchie, Executive Chairman, said: "The Board would like to thank Bernd and Kevin for their valuable contributions to the Board and wishes them well in any future roles they take on.

The Group is going through a transitional period following the appointment of Mat Norris as CEO. Matt has settled in very well and will lead the Group in the next stage of its development to drive growth in all of our businesses."
