Notice of Board change

The Board of Titon Holdings, the leading ventilation and window hardware group, announces that Nick Howlett, Managing Director, Ventilation Systems, intends to move to a part-time role within Titon and will give up his management responsibilities for Ventilation Systems with effect from 1st October 2017. No replacement will be made. Nick will remain on the Titon Holdings board as a Non-Executive Director and will continue to provide guidance to the Board on regulatory and standard development, as well as new products.

Keith Ritchie, Chairman, commented:

"I would like to thank Nick for all he has done for Titon since he joined us in 1991 and I look forward to his continuing contribution to Titon in the future in his changed role. Titon has made significant progress in the mechanical ventilation market under Nick's leadership and I am confident that this progress will be maintained in the future by the rest of the Group's management and staff."
