Directorate Changes

Titon Holdings Plc ("Titon" or the "Company"), the Essex based ventilation and hardware company, announce that Mr. Peter Fitt and Professor Patrick O'Sullivan have left the board with immediate effect. The Board of Titon wishes to record its thanks to Mr. Fitt for his 25 years to the Company and to Professor O'Sullivan for his 10 years service to the Company and wish them both well for the future.
