Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Titomic Limited (‘TTT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TTT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 16 October 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for trading halt - Titomic Limited
Titomic Limited (ASX:TTT) (the 'Company') hereby requests an immediate trading halt to be applied to its securities and provides the following information in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:
-
(a) the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising;
-
(b) the trading halt is requested to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market regarding the capital raising, or the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 16 October 2024;

(c) The Company expects to make the announcement regarding the proposed capital raising to the market before the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 16 October 2024; and
-
(d) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
