Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Titomic Limited (‘TTT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TTT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 15 October 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Titomic Limited ACN 602 108 122 (ASX: TTT) ( Company ) hereby requests an immediate halt be applied to the trading in its securities and provides the following information to ASX in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

• the Company requests a 2-trading day trading halt to give the Company the time it needs to finalise arrangements in relation to a proposed institutional capital raising;

• the Company requests that the trading halt applied to its securities by ASX continue until the earlier of the making of an announcement in relation to the results of the proposed capital raising and the commencement of trading on, Friday, 15 October 2021;

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the requested trading halt should not be granted by ASX; and

• the Company is not aware of other information necessary to inform the market in relation to the trading halt.
