Titomic Limited ( ASX: TTT ) ( Titomic or Company ) is pleased to advise that Mr Chris Healy, the Company’s internal Legal Counsel, has been appointed as Titomic’s Company Secretary replacing Mr Richard Willson who remains a Non-Executive Director.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6 Mr Chris Healy is also the person responsible for communication with the ASX.
