Resignation of Simon Marriott as Executive Director

Melbourne, Australia, 2 March, 2018: Australian metal additive manufacturing company, Titomic Limited (ASX: TTT) (“Titomic” or “Company”) wishes to advise that Mr. Simon Marriott has today resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

Mr. Marriott joined Titomic in 2017 and has served with the Company both as an Executive Director and a consultant to the Company. His consulting services agreement expired this week on 28 February 2018.

Titomic Chairman, Mr. Philip Vafiadis, commented:

“The Board and Management team, strengthened by a number of recent key appointments, wishes to thank Mr. Marriott for his service to the Company and we wish him well in his future endeavors.
