Titomic Limited (ASX:TTT) (“Titomic” or “Company”) , advises that it is withdrawing Resolution 7 (Approval of extension of expiry dates of Options issued to Directors of the Company) from its upcoming Annual General Meeting, which is being held on 29 November 2024. Resolution 7 was proposed subject to the granting of a waiver from ASX Listing Rule 6.23.3 which has not been granted, and accordingly the resolution is being withdrawn.
The withdrawal of Resolution 7 has no impact on the remaining resolutions or other matters referred to in the Notice of Meeting of the Company dated 30 October 2024 (Notice), and will not affect the validity of the proxy form attached to the Notice, nor affect the validity of any proxy votes already submitted.
