DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Titomic Ltd (ASX: TTT, Titomic or Company) advises that the 2021 Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company will be held on Monday 29 November 2021. An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors.
In accordance with clause 19 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Monday 11 October 2021.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Melbourne) on Monday 11 October 2021.
